The Wisconsin Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers will present a webinar on advanced issues. The webinar will be on Friday, October 11, 2024. The only presentation will be the live webinar. There will be no video presentation at other locations or on other dates.
The first segment of the webinar will be a presentation by Brent Hoeft of the Wisconsin State Bar. The presentation will touch on family law issues related to authentication of evidence; recordings; dealing with the “deep fake” recordings/videos combined with general technology competence issues and the use of AI in the law. Mr. Hoeft will include cybersecurity best practices in his presentation.
There will be a presentation from our sponsor, Our Family Wizard. The second segment will focus on the use of Artificial Intelligence in family law, specifically ChatGPT. The Hardy attorneys will address how to use ChatGPT in an ethical manner and how to use it to support your everyday tasks as a family law practitioner.
