A half-day online webinar for both the general practitioner and the attorney whose practice is devoted primarily to family law.
The only presentation will be the live webinar. There will be no video presentations at other locations on other dates.
The first portion of the webinar will feature two experienced financial experts, and a discussion of approaches to small business valuations and determination of income derived from those businesses. Members of the Academy will follow up with guidance on how to effectively present this information at trial.
The final hour of the webinar will be an interactive ethics presentation led by Aviva Kaiser, ethics advisor for the State Bar of Wisconsin.
Application will be submitted to the Wisconsin Board of Bar Examiners for 4 CLE hours, including one hour of ethics credit. Credit has not yet been approved.
